The band was formed in September 2005 during a Celtic folk festival in Bedzin, south Poland. It consists of musicians connected with folk-scene in Poland for years. Dullahan's music is an outcome of their fascination for traditional music from the different Celtic lands of Europe.

Their repertoire consists of tunes from Ireland, Scotland played with  instruments like flute, fiddle, and tunes like Muiñeiras , Xotas, Saltons, Alboradas, Entemedios from the two Celtic regions of the Iberian Peninsula - Galicia and Asturias. An instrument played for the Galician tunes is the bagpipes - gaita galega from Galicia.

 

BAJTEK

His plays mainly the bodhran, but has got many different small percussion instruments. He's got  great experience, took part in bodhran workshops in Milltown Malbay, Clare, played with many good bands like The Reelium or Manikut. Also plays the snare drum with Gdańsk Pipe Band.

MAREK
The flute is his one and only love. Marek was taught the flute by  John Blake (Teada) and June McCormack. He gave performances In most European countries (with The Reelium, Open Folk). Currently based in Dublin where you can meet him at sessions in Cobblestone.

SZYMON

Szymon - very good DADGAD guitar player, his main interest is the Donegal style on the fiddle. A member of other folk band - Rimead.
